Big Local is a resident led, ten-year programme that will achieve lasting change in 150 areas around England. It provides a mixture of funding, finance and support. She or He will have experience of working with and motivating people and will have good organising ability. The post holder will need to work regular evening and weekend hours, and work flexibly over the year as more hours will be needed during the season for preparation and planting.

The Salary will be £5,818 p.a for 10 hours per week average. The post will be based in Winterton, North Lincolnshire.
